You’re kidding right? I like the Prochem powder. A good descaling will often result in allot of debris coming down the solution line clogging jets and or filters for the next few hours but you will enjoy the heat.

no not kidding, i think i got it from Harper. vinegar is an acid and it will remove scale.

Vinegar might be fine for mild scale but if you’re talking about real build up, no way.

you have 1200 hours with out a descale
With or with out a softener ...it won't be mild
Vinegar won't cut it.
save it for your salad

Buy a descale mix from Masterblend or Prochem (they're both good) and follow instructions

There's an easy way to prevent that. Just hook your solution line up, crank the machine up, insert a male into the female connector, and open the inline valve and let water flush the line out real good before using any tools.
