Has anyone else had trouble with their divertor door sticking (either open or close) on a 575 or 875 and if so how often do you take it in for repair or replacement?

To clarify it is the exhaust divertor door/flap that is sticking as the bushing wears.

I think the early 2000’s model has a problem with that flap on that box. From what I was told, it’s fixable, and looks fairly easy to access.
