Thanks for explaining that.Makes sense.On my cds setup I do have the 2" hose and factory couplers with the barbs.I use a Quad wand with a 1.75 ( I think) tube and that inline filter.
So I know I don't want to go with a 2 1/2" hose ( I just bought an extra 50 ft of 2") but changing the connectors would be a good way to retain the airflow, is that what you are saying? And that's why using that inline filter is not great but I really don't want all that gunk to end up in my tank. What type of connectors should I buy? Do I lose lift for each instance I step it down to 1.75" or is it the same loss in lift no matter if I have one barb connector or five.
How can I maximize the lift on my machine without buying a whole lot of new stuff?
