1554775212378.pngA Better Way to Clean Tile, Stone and Concrete Floors!
Thoughtful Design Leads to a Better Performance

A Dedicated Hard Surface Cleaning Machine

The EVOLUTION RX12 ROTARY HARD SURFACE EXTRACTION TOOL allows you to deep clean tile, stone, and concrete floors faster, easier and better than any other cleaning tool or system. Combined with your truckmount or high performance – high pressure portable extractor, it will deep clean better and dry faster than any automatic or robotic scrubber on the market. Your ability to clean surfaces at higher solution pressures with rotary jet agitation, along with your capability to quickly recover wastewater and soiling and reduce drying time, make the EVOLUTION RX12 ROTARY HARD SURFACE EXTRACTION TOOL a better and more environmentally responsible way to clean hard surface floors.

Thoughtful Design Leads to Better Performance

  • The durable roto-molded handle is spaced average shoulder width apart for a smoother ergonomic cleaning that feels like the tool is floating across the floor. This design also allows the tool to work effectively for shorter or taller technicians and eliminates some of the flexing issues associated with other hard surface rotary extraction tools.
  • The easy pull trigger helps reduce repetitive motion strain on muscles and tendons. Best of all the robust roto-mold design eliminates some of the flexing issues associated with other hard surface rotary extraction
    tools.
  • The tool includes an easy access vacuum relief valve on the vacuum hose connection
  • The heart of any rotary extraction tool is the swivel. We used the uppermost quality, proven high speed Mosmatic DXG Swivel triple bearing system that is long lasting and maintenance free. The corrosion
resistant CERAMIC SEAL extends the life of your swivel.
  • All hardware and fasteners are corrosion resistant for longer life
  • The tool includes both a hard boot and brush ring for smooth or rough surfaces, and a 2” to 1.5” hose cuff adaptor for use with a high pressure portable. To change from the brush to the boot, simply remove four screws and then re-attach.

• A rotary washer and extraction tool that is driven by water pressure. It agitates, washes, and rinses the surface and immediately recovers the soil and water at the same time. It works best at solution pressures between 800-1200psi.
• Blasts soil, dirt and grime from tile, stone and concrete surfaces and brightens up grout lines. Cleans circles (pardon the pun) over any mop or automatic or robotic scrubber.

In addition, the robust rotomold design eliminates some of the flexing issues associated with other hard surface rotary extraction tools. The vacuum relief needs to be mounted down at the head of the unit so the incoming air when it opens can help assist in pulling the water up from the floor. I used Mytee's junk spinner which had the vacuum relief near the handle and it was embarrassing how much water was left behind.

With vacuum relief all the way open it’s still a struggle to move especially all night on large commercial jobs
It cleaned well but not any better than the old spinners I have but was much harder to use and caused fatigue
The handle is bulky and wide then there is the solution line hookup on the side also so it’s even wider this makes it hard to manage

My quick connect already blew off at 1000psi and was a clean break so it’s out of service on the second job

It looks cool
Brush seems like a good idea but seems to not make it very efficient

Exactly my remark to them on their youtube video...the brush idea sucks, the vacuum with slots suck (literally), and the "plastic" non-Teflon glide sucks...Not only that it looks bulky and heavy...I mean, why aren't they sending these tools to critique to people who use them every day? Step 1, study a turbo hybrid?

Side Note:

BTW turbo hybrid needs to make the mold for the Teflon boot (notches) that hold it to the tool better quality...

HydraMaster started the spinner tools and had a huge time advantage to take the RX 20 and lighten it or a light version of it that would compete with the turbo and the 360i. This is a bad knock off to the turbo tool and makes the problems with the turbo spinner worse by putting the spinning jets even further from the edge. Hoping that in the future, before they go into production with new tools, they get input from experienced users.

Honestly, Bob, your spot on! Speaking to Mark Markovic alone gets the right designed tool...LOL...

What's that little red tool beside the Rx? Looks like you could use to scrub stairs with an encapsulant.

Thanks, I could add a 1 gallon sprayer to that and make a dandy stair tool. That's the one thing that stops me from encapping some condo buildings is that they have carpeted stairwells.
