Looking to make my own sprayer as I already have the tank, spray gun.

Went to Dultmeires carwash supplier etc to see if I could find a chem injector (Demi?).

What chem injector model # etc can I use for a non adjustable sprayer?

High Pressure model.

I'd love to know the answer to that question to. As I have an adjustable hydroforce that I'm not happy with. I'd love to change the valve and see if I have better luck.

Do you mean this one?

na0809a_lg.jpg

INJECTOR VALVE ASSEMBLY - HYDRO-FORCE SPRAYER
Interlink Item No. NA0809A

Or do you want some BDCC alternative?

If so, use a Dema 200C

Shawn,

Do they make a stainless version of that? Some chems (oddly enough "green ones") seem to corroded the little part inside the dema valve. Mine stops drawing every couple of months. Stainless would cost more but would last forever.

Dema has the metering "knob" and check valve parts available in SS, but not he main body or the venturi nozzle (only brass, or plated brass)
