Hydroforce sprayer leak

Recently rebuilt a hydroforce sprayer now it’s dripping above cap ? I replaced everything so I’m not sure what’s going on

Hot peroxide oozing out?


If the jug is overflowing your the ball bearing in the Dema valve/block has something stuck under it or the rubber O ring is damaged.

or you just didn't tighten the metal nut under the cap enough.
