Full time.
A couple and their pets, lots of family visitors, big property.

This was the floor prior top cleaning..

90% of the grouted installs I've seen here have dramatically F"d up grout. Not dirty F'd, but cracked, missing, cratered etc..

Iv'e asked some installers and they all say the same thing, "Those idiots mix it too thin"



not sure about that..

Cleans up nice though. I believe I used Flex powder on this one with two coats of Cobb's Ultraseal

Sure did clean up good.

Thought the first picture was prior to cleaning. Thought they just wanted a cleaning to "know or feel" it was clean.

Grout looks very good, considering that you used no acid at all.
