I am going to take the hxers out and clean them, the housing, and clean and degrease the entire unit.

I noticed the machine has a temperature sensor. How can you tell if the sensor is working properly? I belieive I heard a bad sensor can make the heat output too low.

Also I may need to get a gasket or two for the hxers. Where is the best source to get them besides Interlink?

Someone has to know something.

My supplier mentioned something about getting a bath tub liner etc. that can be cut and used as a gasket. It can be bought at Lowes etc. What am I looking for exactly?

Any ideas?

The gaskets I have are in decent shape, but I would like to replace them as I am making this machine like new.

Look for the heat exchanger gaskets in the plumbing supplies section @ home depot. They are about 8"x8" squares of rubber (red) for 2 or 3 dollars.

I believe you are missing several temperature sensors. Yes there is on on the back side of the exhaust HX.

Do you not have a manual? Prochem is pretty good about having them online.
