18 months ago I lost a long term commercial account to a national laundry service (can't remember their name). Well, I got that account back today.

I was just sitting around the office thinking about my afternoon nap when they called.

I'm sure glad that bridge didn't burn.

Yes, Cintas. This account has multiple locations across Alabama and the home office is in Birmingham. Some bright star there decided they could be better served by Cintas. It's a golf trail which attracts some fairly upscale customers and they also want it cleaned during business hours, so the cleaners come into constant contact with the clientele. I chuckled at the thought of those Cintas cleaners interacting with the people there. Not to mention the cleaning problems you have to deal with while cleaning with 100 golfers running around all over you. It will be good to get back out there and hear the stories the staff will tell me.

Are they still using an Aerotec & Zipper? I think there problem is they are just not charging enough and they go too fast.

They use to advertise preconditioning with a crb and rinsing with a wand on an aerotech. They seem to get big accounts but don't have the manpower to provide service for those big accounts. They then sub it out to whomever they can which never turns out well.
