Perception of the person draws it's own conclusion.

I was talking about doing "free" work for your commercial accounts. Even if a residential customer sent 5 or 10 jobs my way I could see fit to do some free stuff..Why not? Would I have gotten those jobs if not for them?

Some people are less grateful than they should be...and the people offering the help will see that.
