You have 3 Google reviews and 6 Yelp reviews. Both are 5 star, good job!

I am not sure how much the reviews impact a customer's decision to use us, but having a lot of good reviews can't hurt.

I only have 7 or 8 reviews. I don't bribe my customers into giving me reviews. Any reviews I have are from customers who felt they needed to take the time to tell the world how great I am. Ironically, customers often tell me they hired me because of all the great reviews. Nobody reads 500 reviews, if they get past the first 3, you're doing good.

I have 30ish each on FB, Google and Yelp...they go along way for the newest cleaner in the valley.


Like Boyle, I get an equal amount of work from the "does anyone knw a good, great, cheap or readily available carpet cleaner discussions in the FB community groups. CC and I run neck and neck in those. I think he runs three vans and there is another "franchise" CC that handles the other side of the lake.

CC is very well connected here and do above average work with handsome young techs.
