Greetings fellow Floor Cleaning Professionals!
The World’s Greatest gathering for the professional floor cleaning and maintenance industry, Mikey’s Fest is coming up soon, April 3rd-5th in Indianapolis
This coming event is a very grass roots get together attended by the most passionate and skilled cleaners, instructors, influencers and phenomenal humans this industry knows, with bettering ourselves as cleaners and members of our communities being the primary goal.
The schedule will look something like this:
You’ll be flying or driving in on Wednesday so you can attend our Meet and Greet at 6PM. Drinks and light fair will be served while you meet our instructors and key players and get a lay of the land for the next 3 or 4 days.
Thursday morning we’ll get to the Ronald McDonald at 8AM to start preparing to clean 56,000ft of wood, ceramic, LVP, carpet, upholstery and Granite countertops. We have some local Indy cleaning companies that will take care of the bulk of the carpet while we focus on the more challenging and interesting surfaces.
The following specialists will be on hand to share their expertise as follows:
Jim Pemberton- Upholstery and Rugs.
Jim Mannes from Shaw Floors- All flooring types.
The Trinity OP Systems staff, VLM of most flooring types.
IICRC’s James Tole- Carpet and Upholstery
Sammy Sales from Steam Action Truckmounts-All flooring types
Reg Rogers and Dane Gregory from Carpet Cleaner America- VLM carpet and wood
Mike Schaeffer from El Diablo Truckmounts- All flooring types.
Stu Rosen from MB Stone Pro- Granite countertops.
Jordan and Tom King from MasterBlend- All surfaces and rugs.
Bryan Thompson from Stone Edge Training-Granite countertops.
Courtney Lee representing HydraMaster- Wood Floor and coatings specialist.

On Friday we will be at the Crown Plaza to share, learn and demonstrate about various multi-surface cleaning methods and tools from the very best for most of the day. We’ll finish up with our legendary live auction of tools and supplies to benefit the RMH, we’ll head over to Top Golf for food, networking and fun!
Saturday at the Crowne Plaza we’ll be focused on improving our businesses and ourselves with a very inspiring team of excellent speakers, coaches, advisors and notable humans. Terry Torok will be joining us again to share his incredible wisdom and messages that earned him the “Best Keynote Speaker at a MF” ever award last year.
If you wish to stay in town on Sunday, we always find something fun and unique to do as a group and always have a memorable blast!
