I have a customer who wants to keep their area rug from sliding all over the floor. problem is they have a dog who is a bit active and the rug slides around even with rubber under it.. they want to know if there is something they can attach to the bottom of the rug so its semi- permanent and keeps it from sliding all around..

im thinking that they want to attach a backing of some kind to the rug itself.. without making it permanent.. maybe hot glue?

my dog is a monster and runs threw the house like a bull in a china cabinet....I went to homo depot and got some of those rubber rug holder thingys with a sticky back and they are working fine on tile floor.....
