Last Saturday we went for a 2 hour drive south to do a report on water damage from Cyclone Yasi, (last January), and came back through Paronella Park.

Hard to imagine that the water came up and flooded the castle at the top of the gorge.

This was also taken after Yasi, down at Innisfail about an hour south of where I live.

The cops went to see if anyone was in the car that had been washed away when some dickhead thought he could drive through a flooded creek.

We have some very nice ocean views here in calif. too.

But "our" ocean isn't surrounded by trees. !gotcha!
