All the supply shops here are closed and I am out of neutral cleaner. Home Depot might have some. Would it hurt to use a light mix of viper venom or would that be too strong?

Test and adjust.

Surprised the ice and snow doesn't have everything shut down.

Yes Home Depot has neutral cleaner.

We had a blizzard come thru yesterday through this mourning. Ended up with almost 6 inches of white stuff everywhere.

And yes I know 6 inches isn't that much but for texas that is like feet to areas that normally get a lot of snow.

Start with Viper Venom at 1:16. As Lee says, adjust. Depends upon the type and level of soil on the concrete. May need to be stronger if the soil is oily. Allow plenty of dell time.

Well the floor was disgusting. Not greasy just nasty. I used Viper Venom and it cleaned up great. There were no coatings on the floor. We agreed that I would come back and reclean later this year and coat it for easier maintenance. Pretty simple job. The customers complaint or the reason for having me clean it was their socks were being ruined from walking around on the floor. Sure enough I saw her put on clean socks and walk around a bit, but the floor was clean. I am also sure a neutral cleaner would have worked just as well.
