Dear IICRC Stakeholders,
We know the last 18 months have been challenging, and for that, we apologize. However, we are pleased to announce the IICRC has transitioned to self-management. Our president, Richard Greene, has already begun implementing numerous processes and procedures that will make the IICRC stronger. Richard has a track record of success in not-for-profit management, and he has the skills, passion and experience necessary to establish a better IICRC.
To better serve you, we have a new toll-free number, 844-464-4272, staffed with live support from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. PST Monday through Friday; and a new help desk email, helpdesk@iicrcnet.org. The IICRC will be increasing capacity over the next several weeks as our number one priority is improving customer support. Your patience as we grow our team is much appreciated.
Additionally, the IICRC no longer has a presence in Virginia or a fax number as part of the transition, so please send all communications, including financial transactions, to the Global Resource Center at 4043 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV, 89119, USA. If you need to pay an invoice, please send your payment to the Global Resource Center or call us at the new toll-free number.
Again, we ask for your patience as we establish the foundation for an improved IICRC. While there may be some bumps along the way, I assure you that you will begin to see progress immediately. The Institute has been the bedrock of our industry for more than 40 years. It has helped hundreds of thousands of inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation businesses to thrive – and will continue to do so for years to come.
You will notice improvements every day, and I want to thank you for remaining positive and constructive throughout this exciting time of change.
