It's freezing and one of those days where I wish I would have stayed in school!

But the Cimex takes some of the pain out of it.

It looks worse than it really was. It's an entry to an apartment building

Have faith in the pixies!... - Said Peter Pan, and proceeded to fall on his face completely $H!t faced high on polymer pixie.

In the background you could see RickyG flashing an evil satisfied grin.

And again I see NO vacuum cleaner. Don't you know that it removes up to 75% of the soil load? And all you're doing is spreading the dirt around uniformly. But hey apt complexes don't pay shit so what the hell. : )

did you prespray the hallway?
I brought my pump sprayer because I wasn't sure what I'd run into. I cleaned 3 buildings and I think I only used it in 1 or 2 hallways.

It really is remarkable how good it looked, even before I started.

We have cleaned each of their building common areas once a year for the last 3 years.

Next year is the first year where we will clean in the Spring as well as Fall. He wants them all done again in April!

I saw highs were going to be in the single digits and I just couldn't do it.

I would have if residential work was scheduled.

Russ, what do you use for edges and corners?
A stiff bristled broom is adequate.

These halls are vacuumed weekely so the corners and edges look pretty good.

This complex has 2 and 3 story buildings. The 2 story buildings don't have an elevator so I clean most of those with the truck/wand.

I think the Cimex makes it look better, even though the corners aren't getting wet.

They don't dipshit. How much traffic walks an inch from the base or in a corner. Gezzz ya moe-ron!

Vacuuming is your best cleaning there. If needed we will use a wet pad and scrub a corner. We have corner brushes but a pad is usually just as handy. Edges are not a problem.
Sorry, I was talking to a real carpet cleaner not a desk pilot.
