Been retired 3+ years. Got the wife's fancy vacuum out of the closet and proceeded to vacuum the entire house.
Only upon finishing did I realize I did not turn the brush roll on.
So soon we forget. I guess I will stick with retirement.

the Bissel Momentum model (discontinued around 2010?) was the greatest "throw-away-vac" in the history of the world.

Picks up as good as some vacs without the hose hooked up
