I need a new van

I was leaving my first job today and heard a loud pop! Where the tie rod attaches to the frame came apart. The frame is rotted and may not be repairable i was told. I'm going to do some bonnet cleaning for awhile but really need a new van and possible upgrade if i can find something and get financing.

If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it.

Check out Chris Adkins {Chris A) Pro1200 for sale in Ohio. Same year and model as mine but a third less hours. That would be an awesome upgrade.

I agree Chris's van would be perfect! Though it will be hard to get a financing for an 03' for $15,000 through a bank.. You might want to look at companies that do loans for truck mounts.. There was a thread here a while back, I would call one of them..

Im going to look at vans today and probably just swap the equipment. I have been keeping an eye out for awhile because i knew mine was a POS.

The shop just called and said they can fix it. Good thing because this house has wiped out our savings.

This buys me time to find something different.

Most finance companies wont do private party leases but if you find something or like Chris's I can step in and act as a go between but I would have to inspect it and sign off on it before putting our name to it. We do carry a little weight with our lender. They trust us when we say they are not lending on a piece of junk at least as far as my crystal ball can see. Used is used and I have only been bitten once in 15 years by a great running machine when it left here and unfortunately it just happened and happened to a good man and a good friend but we are finding a solution. And no not sharing the story until there is a remedy then maybe one day I will.

This is a priority for me now. We havent decided whether or not to upgrade or just get a new van. I want an upgrade but we were hoping to wait another year.
