Im still recovering from the ass pounding I took from olson for the 12 inch greenhorn. almost 900 bucks for a modified westpack and hybrid glide. plus I ended up taking the shear kit off because it left streaks on thick pile carpet. I think that wand your looking at more the fine. If you type in craigs list columbia mo there is a guy selling a wand just like that for 100 bucks

It does overspray, if you put a glide on it, but then so does the Prochem Titanium. The Greenhorn wand (which is just a CMP all tricked out) oversprays no worse than any other. I don't know how to send pictures, but my daughter is coming home friday and I will try to remember to get her to do it.

You do realize you can go to wider jets in the center and narrower jets on the outside.

110's in middle
80's on the outside

If it has 110's across that could be the problem.

It might need 95's or 80's on the outside.

I didn't like the severe angle of the jets.

I could get two of the Westpak wands for the price of one TI wand, but a wand is a long term investment.

Jim you have used both wands. Why do you prefer the Westpak over the TI wand?

I have thought about doing this before but wasn't sure how it would work out. When I put some 110's on my wand they were just a steamy nightmare without extending them (work great with the extensions) maybe I am just overreacting to all the steam, but I would prefer to get that down in the carpet?

on the 6 jet TI wand if you run....

8002...9502..11002..11002...9502..8002....
with short extenders..it will save you a lot of problems.....

on the west pack..just turn the outsides inward...

(unless you have high humidity...  )

is this with a glide? I know on my wand if I try the short extenders (after I took the glide off) they are two close and leave streaks.

you also want to go with short extenders.....and take the guts out of them..the thing are use less as check valves...
just keep a healthy wand valve and you will be OK....

if your wand valve leaks....it will still drip with check valves...the cracking pressure on these things is so light they will still seep when your wand valves takes a dump......
Jim, I completely agree on the check valves.

We also found that they distorted the pattern coming from the jets.

We also take them off.

For extenders only, we use these brass fittings which are inexpensive:
