I have a friend that needs carpet cleaning for an empty condo, every 6 months. Malibu.
3 bedrooms, living room hall and maybe some more.
The last couple of "carpet cleaners" flamed out horribly and either never showed up or the guy that showed up had a very small porty and made a sloppy sopping wet mess.
