My wife wants to become involved with the business. I have always let her do her thing and me do mine. However, we are so busy she wants to take over some of the business stuff.
She wants us to attend SFS together.

We all think the world of Billy and Steve but is SFS really worth it?

Honest opinions from those that have attended please.

Thank you

Have clear expectations and job descriptions.... Some people work very well together and some can't make it work..... Having work and home separate is sometimes better....

What's your goal?
More money per job while still gathering raving fans.

I would like to have another van on the road.

All of things so I could work less (although I do love it right now) and be with the fam more.

Max's 1st T ball practice was rained out tonight so I was able to go out and see EJ's 1st soccer game.

It's just a busy season of life. Out of the van and into the action of the house.

I like being alone during the day and swinging the RotoVac around!

You asking about bringing in wifey, or SFS?

I always say, having 1 business partner is like having another 2 wives.

If that's true, how many wives is it like having, with 1 wife as a partner??

George and I worked together obviously. We were together 24-7, and it was awesome. We always got along very well and we were always in sync with each other. Not everyone can do it, but if you are the type of couple who can handle it, it can be amazing.
I have always believed that when you are both focused on, and thinking about the same things but each with their own perspective and meld those together you can really have something amazing.
We never had to ask each other how our day was because we lived it together and solved issues together. We laughed together, got through the grueling jobs together, and then came home and he would cook dinner and I would do cleaning and paperwork.
I personally think she should be on the truck with you for a bit to learn firsthand knowledge even if she only intends to run the office side of things.
Send her to SFS, and let her implement things.
It's great that she wants to do this with you!

If she is coming in the business I would go together. Start out on the same page. Can you work together is something only you can answer.

Bringing my wife is not the question.

I want to know is SFS worth the money and time? The wife thing isn't the issue but if I go to SFS she wantsaid to go.
