I took one of my wife’s croche(sp?) needles, and leave it in the door of my van. Works extremely well... I also clean the roller brush every 2nd day though....

started doing quick minor tune ups on customers vacuums and slapping a sticker on them that has our info.

only for the right customer but usually its just cleaning the filters/showing them how and cutting a big wad of gunk off the brush roll like in the pic

Its called Physics- get over it and accept it.

Just another maintenance task we need to do.

I do this task, as well as repair: triggers, jets, in-line filters and remove the lint donuts on the 360i while watching TV. That way watching TV isn't a total waste of time.

We had a situation like this a few months ago.

They said their carpet seemed to be getting dirty...

Mom had long hair and son had long hair.

Roller bar was loaded! No vaccum pick up going there... And each blamed the other
