I looks sweet and could be very helpful. I just wonder how close you'll have to be to use it?

The more expensive cameras you can be further back in the room so I wonder if you'll have to be really close to the area to get a good idea of whats going on. ???

I agree, I'd want all my tech's to have one just in case they don't have a big camera with them at least they have a phone.

Its not an app its a case that goes on your phone and its not actually been released yet. If you have an app it probably is gimmicky.

The Flir One should be available late spring. From what I hear this does not have the accuracy or the pixel count of a regular thermal image camera that would be used in restoration. However, it would work well as Richard discussed as a back-up plan.
