The filters in the intake you may have to replace more than once on a fire job, but the bigger HEPA filters I would replace after each job. You can charge for the filters as well.

The primary and secondary filters (big rock catchers) you can replace for a couple to a few dollars.

The HEPA should be replaced after extended use, major projects, most are a over a hundred bucks.

We replace ours yearly and sometimes even after just a job or if the mold was bad.

found out that the filter cost 210 dollars, you say you can charge for the whole replacement filter?

We do on a mold remediation, unless it was small, you don't want to risk failing a IH test because of a used HEPA.

For WDR, Sheet rock dust cleanup, fire damage, rarely unless we are talking about extended use.

The job usually doesn't required us to replace the HEPA, but I'd charge off the primary and secondary filter.

If it's anything nasty I wouldn't risk it, I'd charge it off and replace it.
