They no longer make the Dritec 325.

Years ago we use to haver 6 of them, but sold them off, we only have 2 left.

Who knows an instance could come up where they are needed.

Closets

They weren't that bad, 325 cfm, if you had a pair you could do a home with no problem.

Desiccants can be a hassle setting up. You need a 220 hook up, and a window or dryer exhaust vent for the react hose, a process hose or two, to duct to the affected area. That's why we only used them on difficult to dry materials.

DriTec Desiccant
The DriTec Desiccant Dehumidifier creates exceptionally low humidity conditions on the toughest jobs, even in cold buildings. The DriTec produces desert dry air to quickly restore structural materials and hardwood flooring. It operates down to 0 degrees F, and and can remove up to 48 gallons per day! The DriTec also can reduce humidity to below 5 percent Rh - perfect for drying room applications. The unit plugs into a standard dryer 4 pronged outlet, and exchanges a total of 325 CFM.
