PS BTW, Greg, I don't think you are "abrasive". That is just your carefully cultivated "board personality". You have to be semi-snarky/sarcastic/tough here just to survive. What's sad is that everyone can't just be who we are instead of putting on a "show" for our clients/custys or students/attendees.
