Empty low end rental.

Tennant moving out gave me $200 cash to clean 400 SF of carpet.
Mr Nice Guy offers to clean the winter off his 12 SF of entry vinyl on my way out..

I knew there was a topical on it but didn't think my ( rockless) glide would scratch it, which it did..

Rather than talk my way out of it, I layered two coats of one of my favorite problem solvers on top....

Works killer on acid etching, high alkaline foot prints, peroxide bleached marble and fine scratches in wood too....

Get you some.

I need to order some stuff from Basic Coatings, but I better wait till it gets above 32°. That's an increase of 45° from today. :eekk:

When my chimps do restrooms in my schools, they certainly don’t have a glided wand. They use kaivac squeegees or a turbo. So, smarta—-, I’d like to have a PMF hard surface😝

It was just a matter of time
You need one of these View attachment 89144
I thought that with a Butler Large blower and a short hose run, this brush wand, should not have a problem picking up the moisture from a tile floor.

Boy was I wrong. Total waste of money. Went back to the supplier.

Don't even bother buying one of them till they come up with a semi decent tile wand, that is actually able to remove some water.

With the current batch of no good tile wands I'd take a glided wand any time. Just move more slowly.

My gekko is great but there is a large rubber ring around the head that gives it a squeegee effect

That rubber ring kept falling off mine. I just use the brush and I get enough vacuum that the flat mop doesn't get soaked. I have to do a slow dry stroke but it works fine for me.

It’s does bump off once in a while. Depending on what angle hold the wand the lockdown changes lift a little and it provide relief.

Problem is you'd have to fry half the brains of Marty's county to get one adult serving size
