I did a small restaurant today that has not been done for a couple of years.
The area from the kitchen to the dining room was so bad the the prespray sat on top.

I still had some PreZyme First from Prochem, (the old Power Burst)
I put it on heavy and worked on the other areas first. RX-20 and All Fiber Deep Clean.


Job well done.
