Another point that's being over looked and its a major, the removal of the blower and cleaning of it.

If that's not being done, then complete cleaning is really lacking a major component. A dirty blower will just continue to spread contaminants. Not even a good air washing will remove the years of build crud off the fan blades.

Check into NADCA standards, they will recommend removal and cleaning as part of the "Source Removal System".

I saw a nice home made unit with two squirrel cage blowers inside a 20" x 24" box. section of 10" flex hose hooked to it. A furnace filter slid into it to protect the blowers.

Would think it wouldn't take much to build it.

The one thing you will have to contend with is the unrealistically low pricing of your BLOW AND GO operators,just the same as your SPLASH AND DASH is with carpet cleaning. The big difference is that the client can see a bad carpet cleaning,and cannot see a bad duct cleaning.
