I'd like it freshened up a bit

It isn't heavily soiled. It appears to be natural fiber but I will confirm with a burn test later. No paper in the aprons, that's a relief, it will be a lot of work getting into all those curls. What would you charge for a piece like this? What do you guys think, how would you approach cleaning this thing?

Isn't that thing cool. I came across a store of miniature things a few days ago and marveled at some of the tiny furniture.
