Mike Chambers and the staff at Extraction Zone, West Chicago. I had been taking my truckmounts to Jon Don for annual maintenance every year for as long as I can remember. Now that Jon Don closed last year I was told that Mike was at Extraction Zone. So on Wednesday I took my Titan 575 there.

I can tell you that if you want the absolute best service, these guys are here for you! It was a 3 1/2 hour drive just to get there but now I have the peace of mind that chances are, I wont have any problems with my machine for the next year. I stayed in the waiting area and Mike kept me informed during the day of what progress they were making. Everybody was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

So if your anywhere near Chicago, THIS is the place to go.

Good gosh that's what I've been getting from the Longley Brothers at Professional Cleaning Supply for years here in OKC. I don't even stay, I drop my van off and they fix it. I trust em.
