doing a full monty rehab (doors, floors, kitchen, baths, HVAC ...whole nine yards) on a duplex unit
apparently the neighbor had a toilet clog in up bathroom
Metro housing maintenance staff sent to clear it .
bathrooms are back to back with both toilets connected to a single waste pipe
apparently they figured they could clear the clog from the empty unit
they pulled our new toilet and set it in the new tub
must of figured they had the clog cleared, cause the lady's toilet next door started flushing .
Problem was, they never reset our toilet, the drain wasn't clear and all the flushing was going on the floor in our unit
It went on for over a week (waiting on cabinets to finish the job, so we've been elsewhere working) or it would of been discovered sooner
I walked in this week to the smell or raw sewage .
Kitchen ceiling on the floor with poop running down walls and out of the HVAC duct work
Called the metro housing super, "Curt, you got a problem here"
He said he'd they'd clean it up.
He meant they'll halfass mop the floors is all
the walls are still wet, duct work still full of raw sh1t and damn joint is a biohazard
