There is a guy that was at Joe Polish Bootcamps, one of Joe's heros, Dave Kekridge, I think his name is. He was weight lifting, did a bench or military press, felt a pinch in his neck. he was up showering and suddenly lost his legs. A blood vessel broke in or near the spinal column and swelled, he's now in a wheel chair. He took up marketing.

The Gym was supposed to help me relax...always works for me.

I need to get back to my bi-weekly massages that I used to get when cleaning.
