Had to involve a surcharge for the additional 50 ft of 2-in hose needed to get to the master closet.
And I had to call the police department in Ohio to ask them how they felt it would be best for me to roll that brand new section of hose up onto my reel...

What about commercial work, do you have a set length before an additional hose charge? I know..I know you pad them all now.
Not everyone is going to allow you to pad. We only got about 1/3 that would even let us try. Despite the savings and faster dry times.

I don't like the entrance pillars at my house. The builder talked my wife into putting stone on them to match the front of the house. It would have looked much better without the pillars covered. Even she admits it now.

There are common ways carpet cleaning is generally charged. Unit pricing or room pricing.
In restoration we charged time & material plenty but never for carpet cleaning.
Are you room pricing or unit pricing?
