Or you could just paint it with this, adding some sand for anti slip. I painted the floor with this, it is so far holding up well.

I'd do the bedliner with sand sprinkled in it to see if that helps... That diamond plate surface will be hard to get the Skate board grip tape to stick Imho... Or you can always pull out your ramp and put some grip tape on that but then you'd certainly need a hand rail on both sides...

Grip tape, like they have on skateboard decks.... OR, repaint with epoxy paint, and add ‘shark grip’.... basically the same thing....

Since we're throwing out ideas on how to be safe, here's a good one. I like to do things that save time. For example, I shower with my dirty dishes and wash them while in there. While shampooing my hair, I rub the dirty dishes against my head, scrubbing it clean with my hair. 2 for 1. Saves time and water. Another method I use often is I clean all my tools on my bed. The picture below is how I do it.
