A TM where Willy is would be a royal pain. Parking is a prick in Vancouver let alone having to worry about hoses over sidewalks etc.
I've done some apts like that, 8 in one building, room to room. I clean a 8000sf lodge once a year, they prevac it, I prespray and CRB and rinse. Takes two days.
They used to do it with a Rug Dr! took them over a week!
