I’m trying to break up with the contractors I sub for now. They are not taking it well. I am going to try the “it’s not you it’s me” line. The real issue is very slow payment and a couple of checks that didn’t clear. I’m not one to bite the hand that feeds me until someone reaches for the bone I’m chewing on. Here are the options I plan to offer:

1. Refer the clients to my company and get 15% cash.
2. Prepay for service.
3. Find someone else.

I’m not sure how the chips will fall but I know I will take some of the bussines under my company when it’s done.

Yeah that ended up being a PITA. I did get it done though...not for $150.00 at the end of it all
