So how often do you put yourself into you past clients mail box?

Monthly, Bi Monthly, Quarterly,...... Set number of month since last service?

we do 6 mailers a year, but some hit at the same time (reminder cards + special cards), so occasionally a client will get 2 cards with the same deal.

Cha-ching is a Windows program, with a "dos-y" look. We like it! It's written in Visual Basic.

This is on my list of things to add in 2011.

We have a 1 week follow up program that also asks them if they would like us to re contact them at a set interval for re booking cleaning.

But no newletter/mailer/flyer program.

We're contemplating a seasonal newsletter.

Also possibly follow up at 3 months for a one off fyler specific to something else we may have seen while there onsite like leather cleaning or carpet repairs.

Newsletters or postcards every 3 months, thank you notes a week after service, holiday cards, and thank you for referral cards.

Hmmmmm,

monthly promotions, including a quarterly newsletter, plus, confirmation letters, thank you cards (sm), a post cleaning survey for new clients, 6,9,12,18,24 mo. reminders (sm), but other than that I NEVER send them ANYTHING!

Thank you card within 3 days of job, Quarterly newsletter (every 90 days), flier w/specials & info sheet or 2 at the 45 day interval between newsletters and yearly remeinder. That is a total of 10 contacts per year, keeping us in front of our customers, and making sure they remember our name for referrals.

When did I ever say that? Just about half my business is repeat and referrals.

I'm looking to lower that % a bit.
