How would you clean a greasy Indian rest.?

Maybe try some purple degreaser from Sams Agitate well....Flush VERY well....

I won some chemicals from Solutions by Steam Pro's last month and I had a greasy bar/restaurant......after a wild biker night........ and it was totally trashed and ground in....so I figured it was a good place to test this stuff...I mixed up some of there First Step pre-spray and when I was done it looked like some one installed new carpet......this stuff just cut right threw everything on the carpet....I was pretty impressed with it....

We've used a fair amount of it in the past.

Tim, most any "sledgehammer" type pre-spray will work.
Prochem Powerburst
Bridgeport Power Break
Bridgepoint Flex (though i don't think it's as "wicked hot" as it used to be)
Prochem Ultrapac #711 will smoke 'em in extra strong max+ dilution rates
Chemspec Enzall

just to name a few.

the key is to spray down PLENTY and let dwell plenty long
(I doubt they'll pay for mechanical/rotary agitation)

also, most of those chems I mentioned need to be mixed in hot water.
and don't be afraid to go max+ dilution ratio, though there is a point where going to far over max+ dilution is just wasting chem for minimal gain

I agree with degreaser from Sam's; just don't pass it through a pump; I always use a pump up sprayer with a rebuildable assembly. Then you can use some extraction fluid to go over real quick; mainly to keep carpet smelling good.

if two man crew, i might agree with you, Larry.
but if solo operator, it will take much longer.

not to mention the typical prices restaurants pay.
So it most cost effective to nuke 'em and crank the heat

This First Step stuff did not need a 175....I really did not even let it dwell but a few moments....
one pass and it was like day and night......

I'd use my pump up sprayer and make it super strong like one cup of powder per gallon. Prespray all the heavy areas and then respray the whole restaurant agan with hydroforce.You will make back the chem cost in time and machine time.
