So basically the floor needs a really good strip job. The rings were caused from the tool being left in one place too long and cleaning deeper or removing more sealer. The white areas around the rings are old sealer. GOT IT.
This doesn't sound that hard, but hard enough to not price economical.
Most of the floor is not dirty as there are rugs and what not on it.
I put a bid in at 2 bucks a foot to clean and seal or 1200.
I'll have to wait and see.
My supplier said do it for 600.
Nope this lady is anal and I need to price to make sure the job is done right.
