It's the right idea but have it professionally done. Those cans will just make a mess. Go to someone who does it for a living.

What sound are you trying to reduce? It will do a good job of insulating but I don't think you will notice any noise reduction. Will you also install carpeted panels?

Have it professionally done with closed cell spray foam. It definitely will quiet it down.

I figure the TM sound will vibrate less off insulated walls then bare metal. I might add carpet as well.

I do that to make my farts "silent".
But I need to appease sensitive snowflakes.

Do as Justin said. I have used Great Stuff, but only to fill gaps around wheelwell and side walls. I also use it to fill in the cavities on lower rockers to inhibit rust on my older vans. Does a good enough job, but you cannot tell if there is 100% coverage.
You would need to buy several cases and it would look like hexxhockey sticks.
