Insurance monitoring service

So I have 2 apartment complexes that want me to clean for them. They want me to pay $75 to a service to monitor my insurance to have the account. . I have never heard of this. Have you? It's the welfare complex in town.

No but just divide by the total number of apts you guess you'll clean for them and add it in. If its very low like .50 or .25 then maybe forget about it. ???

Yes, 2 of mine use compliance depot. Its a pain, but I make my money back. I guess it depends on how much money you are going to make!
