Looks like something I thought of this past summer when trying to extract urine from a rug. I had the rug turned over and laying on a water claw, then just flushed the urine spots. We got to thinking about a flat table with holes, hooked up to the truck for vacuum, would suck everything right away.

Then you could reverse it and blow warm air through it, dry time would be very fast.
