Interim Cleaning

What exactly is it and what is the process...

I been seeing the name mentioned alot when dealing with commercial work...

Sometimes it's pad cleaning , sometimes it's scrubbing and vacuuming, sometimes it's just a pre-spray and quick extract.

Depends on what your into and what your doing

It used to be bonnet cleaning, then it became pad cleaning (OP machines) and now a days the big buzz is encapsulation cleaning.

However, it's all just shampoo ... no matter how much things change, everything still remains the same.

Considering.....

the reduction of the soil load is is never actually measured, and

"clean" is a matter of the cleaner's subjective opinion of what clean should look like,

which is also influenced by his his mood, temperament and how far ahead or behind schedule he is, and

the process of soiling is constant and ongoing and begins the moment cleaning ends,

......I'd say it's all interim cleaning.
