i love the hydro force pump up sprayers for the trucks..i swung by the local interlink dealer earlier and he said they were not selling them anymore, they had some piece of shit for the same price..it had a cone sprayer on it, he said most people ask for the cone sprayer not the fan spray.
who can i buy the hydro force from..i need some parts and a new sprayer..
thanks
dave

Which model are you talking about? I have quite a few of them on my shelf as well as numerous parts in the shop.

i am looking for the 2 gallon..i think it is the twbs2
it is the gray hydro force with the brass t jet on it..
i have 3 of the pump sprayers but they wont create pressure when you pump them..the o rings are good but something in the pump assembly is bad..if i can get just the pump assemble that would be awesome.
where do you ship from..i am in florida any eta on shipping?
thanks
dave

Hey Dave if it's not holding pressure I would try replacing the plunger cup which is part # NA2254, it's the little clear plastic cup on the plunger, or the viton check valve part # NA2256, it's the little brown cap on the bottom of the barrel. I have one of each in stock right now but I would start there first because replacement cost of the barrel and plunger is more than the sprayer brand new.

It is a little strange. The prices for both pieces total about 75 bucks but the whole sprayer is around 65.

Thats why I have about 8 of the sprayer units and only about 3 of them working. Too expensive just to rebuild them. What a waste, but it is what it is.

The plunger cups, caps and other pieces are reasonable in price and that's usually what goes bad so start with the small stuff and go from there.
