We send out Sm work order with route pack for refrence. then do a full two page carbonless yellow and white on the job with up sells or what ever. Our Inv. Has desclosures and warrantee info on the back. We get it signed and keep original white copy and leave yellow copy. At the shop we update the sm to match inv. With a ref. To signed Inv. Number and file white inv. In case we need to prove customer signature later.

I use the 2 part and have them printed at Kinkos. I don't clean unless the client signs off on the work first.
