ipad for invoicing sketching etc. ???

what is the best app or way of using an ipad for invoices. I also want to use one for doing all my sketches on water losses and carpet installs. any suggestions on what the best setup is for what I want to do.

I've been using invoices2go for a few years and like it.

I have an iPad for invoices. I use service monster when I'm out and about for all my carpet cleaning invoices and client info. It's great for that.
