1st thoughts..

I certainly have questions about some of the spray tips, the lay out of the box and really wonder why no manual was included. I' give the two a shot but imagine I'll get some stainless tips soon as the included two put up a bit too much..

After talking with Shawn Bisallon I decided to fasten a five foot long section of hose to it and primarily use it with a 2.5 gallon jug. I'll use it far deodorizing, encap pre spray and maybe mass coffee spotting. I used a hose clamp to fasten the 1/4 hose on.

I also took a grinding wheel and McGiver'd the case to fit the gun with a tip and the hose installed. Taking both off after each job would really shorten the life of the plastic threads..

I couldn't get my hose off if it to get it back into the case without bending the hose. So secret is step on it. Making my video tomorrow for the horse world.

Only benefit I can see for the rotating tip is in being able to easily adjust the angle of a fan jet tip on-the-fly.

Is everyone using this Harbor Freight sprayer now? I guess I might have to buy one just to see how long it lasts in my reckless hands.

The tip doesnt move, just the logo'd colar...

Oh.....then it's just silly.

You should be able to hold the far end of the lance to steady the unit when changing tips, not have it spin around making you have to reach farther down for no good reason.

That would annoy the shit out of me.

I'd Dremel those fooking pins right out and 86 that thing.

its a extension to the wand.......I should of left the other end on but when I was messing with it trying to figure it out I left it off in the picture..there are 2 red caps with built in compressions in them.....take one..slide it over the rod and hook it to the yellow end of the wand...then slide one on the other end and attach the bent one or the straight one to it with which ever tip you want........that being said...I doubt it is going to hold on because from where I am sitting...there is just not enough compression for the amount of pressure for it to hold together..........Personally I could care a less...not something I need or would ever use...I took all that out of the case when I first got it....still the best sprayer I have ever had...my new seal should be here beginning of next week so we will see how well they hold up..I have heard through the carpet cleaning grape vine that they are working good....??????

Hey Jim!

Jim do you think it will hold up to daily use? It looks light weight. Granted I don't have my hands on it, but it looks like a "owner op" tool.

its not as light weight as it looks...but just like everything else out there...if you take care of it ..it will serve you well...there was a few problems right out of the starting gate...battery over heated and smoked pretty bad..( only one that I know of )...and seal issues...
The seal issues come from the stuff we use in this industry.IMO.. they were not quite up to date with the things that we use and the standard seals were not holding up well...there are new seal in place that are coming out and I have been watching all the reviews of the people that have been " testing" them and so far it is looking promising...

the thing I really like is how fast you can just switch from pre spray..straight to UPH..or protector....
you can walk anywhere with it..pre spray with out having to drag a hose everywhere...
if you need to do UPH..I take a water bottle and put the tube in it ..give it a quick flush and switch over to UPH pre spray...
it can crank out the pre spray....

my new seal should be here next week...I am going to run it for awhile to see how it does...if it holds up like everyone says they are...I have plans to buy 2 more of theses...

BTW..there is so much suction/pull on this pump that it will collapse the jug...I mix my pre spray in a 2 gallon container...I drilled a hole in the cap for the clear hose to go in and then a very small vent hole right at the top of the handle..that was it keeps my jug from collapsing and when I am walking and the level is high I can just put my thumb over it to keep it from making a mess....

The compression "caps" hold tight on the gun end but not the spray tip end.

Goofy design.

I wouldn't use it for pre spray, too much mixing of chemicals. I put down at least five gallons per ldh3br home.

The two included T jets are too simular in volume, I need one half their flow.

Thanks for chiming in Jim

Techs will destroy the plastic threading. Id set it up how you want them to use it and tell them not to mess with it. Ditch the case unfortunately.

I just watched a video of Rob putting the sprayer together and in use. I stumbled onto an ad in *** joomag that took me to the video. I wondered about collapsing a jug when watching, so thanks for that info.

I bought one about a month or 2 ago. It says on box it has the new improved seals

I changed the batteries, and after 4 hours of charging they were hot.
So there seems to be no smart charging going on there

2nd, it's recommended to rinse with water after every use
So, if you have employees , you can forget that from happening every time

We have gone back,to,the battery sprayers
