Money is worth less now. People have an “f/it” attitude toward what things cost. Tipping is thumbing their nose to your price.seeing people over pay and tip more?

tip option on your invoice? ehhhhhhhhhhh
You guys must have a halitosis or something...
I prefer, and get a shit load of cash tips.Or we already charge plenty and don't shove a gauche tip screen in the customer's face while awkwardly standing right in front of them.
Who's to say?
Not my style. Thought it was cheesy. But I'm not gonna fight it. I told you I don't upsell anything and (try) to go above and beyond. Discounts when I think it really matters to the client. My wife smacks me but knows she can't fire me so I still do it. But Im riding this one for the rest of my journey. They can always hit NO. (or %10, %20, custom). And %20 is usually on the BIG tickets. They love the miles, lol.tip option on your invoice? ehhhhhhhhhhh
When walking the customer through I hit NO and don't give them a chance. Then they can cash me if they want.I prefer, and get a shit load of cash tips.
Also, just happened. For the second time in my career I had to make the phone call and tell them the next call was going to small claims court since customer was not responding to invoices and calls.tip option on your invoice? ehhhhhhhhhhh
That's what I'm experiencing too.Less change in tipping, more in size of job. We’ve seen a huge increase in full day/half day jobs as opposed to minimum services.
And long may it remain so. Totally demeaning for staff to be so underpaid that they have to rely on tips.tips are a totally foreign concept here,
